FINITE ELEMENT SIMULATIONS
Mathematical models allow our engineers to predict the flow of the metal during the bending and hydroforming process. Complex parts can be simulated and evaluated without the expense of trial tooling.

BENDING OPERATION

- Tube bending thins the outer radius wall and thickens the inner. FEA simulations predict the stresses.
- Bending is required to get the tube in the hydroforming die.
